Overview
Main focus of RRP programs is your employees. It doesn’t matter if your organization is 10 or 10,000 people strong, you want to express your gratitude for their effort and therefore motivate them to reach higher performance goals. You have spent time and money training them and you want to retain them in effort to keep raising your profits and grow as organization.
RRP programs designed to reward (recognize) your employees. RRP programs have to main categories;
Performance Rewards Programs
PRP allows you to reward your employees based on their performance. Your employees register with your RRP e-store (registration can be omitted by “loading” your employee data into the store). Utilizing a set schedule (daily, monthly, quarterly, bi-quarterly or yearly), your employees are awarded “reward points”. Reward Points can be “uploaded” manually via e-store dynamic data management interface, or using a preset MS Excel spreadsheet or dynamic data bridge to your internal database. When an employee receives awards points, they can select available merchandise from the RRP e-store and purchase it using their accumulated reward points. The more points they have the more expensive merchandise becomes available to them. One of the main advantages of our RRP programs is that it can be divided into employee categories, i.e. your management employment tier can have its own items which cannot be seen by regular employees. Therefore, you can maintain a single RRP program to reward different employee categories.
Loyalty Reward Programs
LRP allows you to reward your employees based on the time they have worked for your organization. Your employees data is “loaded” into the LPR program. Utilizing a set schedule (monthly, quarterly, bi-quarterly or yearly), your employees become eligible for an award based on the time they have worked for your organization. Part of the employee data loaded into the program is employment start date which allows the program to know when particular employee is eligible for next reward. If your program has 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4 + years reward categories then when employee reaches each reward date, they will be automatically notified via email that they have qualified for a particular award. The login to the store, select an item from that category and order it. Once the next category is reached, employees are notified again. The more time they work for your organization them more exclusive awards they qualify for .
